Whole Rollforming Line Componnets And Work Process
Main components of this machine are 5Ton hydraulic decoiler, feeding and entry guiding device, metal deck roll former, hydraulic cutting device, run out tables, electric control system, and hydraulic station, etc.
Work Process: steel coil unwinding--->material feeding--->entry deviation adjust--->roll forming to required profile--->cutting to length--->output finished floor decking sheets

- 5Ton hydraulic decoiler, hydraulically powered for expansion and tension, electrically powered for unwinding
- Electrically drive via chain and sprocket, 2 pcs of 11kw motors
- Hydraulic blade cutting device, stop-cut type, rest of the line stop running when cutting
- 3 pcs of unpowered run out support tables, angle steel welded structure with roller-path conveyor
